March Madness: A Reason to Believe

It’s no secret that I’m a hoops fan, and I have touted the many benefits of spectator sports more than once on my blog. I get really excited when March Madness rolls around (especially when UNC wins).

Yesterday, when Morehead State seriously screwed up my bracket upon beating Louisville, I was truly happy to see Cinderella beat Goliath.

Shots like the one below prove that anything is possible.

Anything is possible if you believe. And I’m not just talking about basketball.

There are lots of ways to keep on believing…..

An optimistic attitude.

Visualization and goal setting.

Never giving up, even in the face of adversity.

Creating your own good luck.

Exercising, so you feel good about yourself and circumstances. Chris’ post on Zen to Fitness helps you get started with a healthier lifestyle, thus improving your mood.

Not taking things too seriously, frequently tapping into the kid that’s in all of us.
